Most of our gift collections are shipped nationwide via Ground U.S. Postal and Express delivery services, when an item or items are in stock, orders received during business days of the week (M-F) are generally processed within 48 hours. With the exception of custom-made items, fresh food & chocolate items, these items can take up to 7 to 10 days so please plan accordingly. Large or group orders will take slightly longer and any orders that are placed on weekends and holidays will process on the following business day.

Nationwide deliveries: Ground (1 to 5 business days, depending on location) or Express guaranteed to arrive in 3 days, or 2 days respectively. With smaller items within the store, the U.S. Postal service will be used and will deliver within 2 to 3 days. We want every gift collection we create to look as beautiful upon receipt as it was when it leaves our facility and reaches your home.

Time in transit will vary by carrier. Our primary shipping method is UPS Ground. Please refer to the following chart for delivery times:

Availability: BasketsOLove reserves the right to substitute items when products are limited or unavailable, with items of equal or greater value. Collections with chocolates will be shipped packed in dry ice which will last for up to 3 days once delivered. During warm weather, chocolates will be shipped by ground delivery if it is expected to take less than two calendar days to arrive and shipping via Express delivery if it will take longer to arrive. There is an additional handling charge for ice packs and special thermal wrapping on these deliveries.

Sales Tax: Applicable sales tax will be added to all orders shipped within Georgia. Sales tax will not be assessed on shipments outside of Georgia. International Shipments: Shipments outside of the US are not available at this time.

Cost of Shipping:

The cost of shipping depends on the delivery option you choose. For Ground, the posted rate is the same anywhere in the country. When using express shippers the cost is based on the type of service requested overnight, 2-day or 3-day, the weight, and size of the package, and its destination. The cost of shipping will be calculated at checkout, for each item ordered. There will always be a $2.50 adult signature fee for an adult signature on all wine shipments. All of our wines come in standard 750ml bottles unless indicated otherwise. We can ship wine to most states. Unfortunately, we cannot ship wine to a number of states, due to specific regulations in those states. The list of restricted states may change from time to time. You must be 21 years or older for wine shipments and 18 years or older to order from For all other baskets, a signature is not officially required. We will be happy to substitute Sparkling Cider in collections being shipped to states where wine shipment is prohibited.

Many of our items are unique in style, therefore we may ship your order in sections, we will notify you via email shipping confirmation, and tracking information will be provided at that time.

Free Shipping:

Free shipping with BasketsOLove is offered via ground service for orders totaling $150 or more non-collection items. In the US only. Certain items will not qualify for free shipping on their own because of their size so a handling fee may apply. Items that qualify for free shipping will be indicated with a “free shipping icon” on the products page.

Lost packages/gifts:

If you are unable to locate your delivered package, you have to contact the carrier’s Customer Service immediately for a shipping claim to be initiated. There is a limited time period to file a claim for missing packages. If the claim time has passed, there will be limited ability for BOL to act on your behalf in locating it.

Missed packages:

The driver will leave a note informing the recipient that a delivery attempt has been made and giving instructions on how the recipient can ensure they get the package delivered on the next business day. The driver will make 3 delivery attempts, on 3 separate days. The package will then be held in the local delivery warehouse for approximately 10 days, during which time the recipient has the option to pick up the package in person. After that, the package will be returned to us. Please plan accordingly once you have missed the third day – the package will be held for pick up at your local carrier location.

Shipping to Offices and Hotels – Please be certain the recipient/s will be in when your gift arrives. We are not responsible if the guest is no longer at the hotel when the basket arrives, if the basket gets misplaced within the hotel, or if the hotel staff fails to deliver the gift to the guest.


Boxes with no distinguishing marks on the outside that is how we will ship your products if you would like to surprise your partner it is advisable to send the package to another location. (Just in case they open it up before you) Your package will have no reference to its contents on the outside ever. The return address will appear as “Merchandise Order BoG Inc.”

Refund, Returns, and Cancellation Policies:

The wrong ship to address or an incomplete address: If we are able to get the basket re-routed while in transit, there will be a $12.00 re-route fee. If we are unable to get the basket rerouted while in transit, the carrier will return the package to us. We will then attempt to correct the mistaken address and re-ship it to the proper destination (that’s where the recipient’s phone number comes in especially handy). There is a $15.00 re-ship fee.

Your item’s arrival time is based on the selected carrier standards aside from delays or address problems. If an item is missing from your order please contact us within 48 hours of your received shipment. Weekend and holidays are not considered “business days” Shipping carriers require a physical address please specify US postal service for delivery to P O Boxes.

By using this website you are acknowledging that you are 18 years of age or older. We will notify you of any stock issues as quickly as possible and that part of your order will be placed on hold OR refunded at your request. BasketsOLove reserves the right to select a shipping method for any items in the store.

Wine Shipments:

Due to various state regulations, gift baskets containing wine may NOT be shipped to the following states:

Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, and Utah

Shipping gifts containing Alcohol: Please note that collections containing alcohol require the signature of someone 21 years of age or older upon delivery.
