BasketsOLove Returns and Exchanges Policy
It may be challenging to order online without seeing the products firsthand and we understand that. We want our customers to be pleased with the products you’ve selected. BasketsOLove will do its best to offer the most detailed product descriptions and web-quality photos available. We ask that you research your products first, for we are unable to provide guarantees on your satisfaction with said products. Determine beforehand if the items you wish to purchase are the desired measurements, size, performance, and color. All of which will vary slightly from the actual image you see on the product page. We will do our best to provide any other information about the product upon request. Please note that BasketsOLove does not manufacture most of the products offered and will need a manufacturer’s RGA before we can consider replacing an item with its product.
Due to health and sanitary reasons, and due to their intimate nature, sales are final. When you receive your products, please test to make sure they are functioning properly. If you receive a defective product that you have not used, please email us within 5 days to obtain an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) by using our Contact Form. All liquid products (bath & body, lubricants, oils, and toy cleaners) cannot be returned. In the event you receive a liquid product that has been damaged during shipping or is leaking- please immediately take a photograph of the package and contact customer support, we will exchange the leaking product for the same or lesser value products. We will not take responsibility for packages returned to us with no RGA.
Customers will be responsible for return shipping charges on items that are returned but not actually defective. Those items will be disposed of with an issue of credit on a case-by-case basis only.
We want our customers to be completely satisfied with every purchase, therefore, in the event you are not we have created some guidelines and procedures to call our customer service department
1. Call within 2 days of your delivery date.
2. Your information is taken by our customer service agent & routed to a manager.
3. The manager will issue RGA# or offer a substantial solution to the issue.
4. Courtesy call from quality control manager.
5. Savings Certificate on your next purchase if applicable.
Unauthorized Returns – Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
They include: any returned items without approval from BasketsOLove, returns made after RGA has expired, or no further information from the customer
Special Note: We have to track what products are steller and what products are not making our customers happy. Attaining an RGA# for those bad products helps us to maintain better “rock star” products, and give you 100% excellent service every time.
Due to the ease of duplication, we cannot accept returns on any open videos. Returns are only accepted if the seal is not broken. If you receive a broken or defective video, we will gladly send you another copy of the same video at no cost to you. Before any item can be returned, you must contact customer service by using our [Contact Form]. Final sale on custom clothing & lingerie. Double-check your orders for size and color, as the order will be processed according to the invoice information you provide us. Please contact us within 5 business days with your invoice number and the reason for the contact on the special order and our investigations department will promptly respond within 48 hours.
Recap on RGA# – on defective battery/electric operated items, damaged in shipping liquids, unsealed cd & videos must all accompany a photo of the damage (emailed to customer service before the issuance of an RGA#). These are the only items that may receive an RGA# for returning products after approval. All other return guidelines apply.
